If it’s not the perfect fit, you can exchange it for another mattress we carry—simple and straightforward.
How to Qualify for the 365-Night Sleep Trial
To activate your sleep trial, the following items must be purchased at the time of your mattress purchase:
- Two (2) Nectar Pillows ($150 each)
- One (1) mattress protector
These items help ensure your mattress stays clean and protected during the trial period.
Sleep Trial Conditions
To remain eligible for an exchange, your mattress must meet the following requirements:
- Must have the original law tag attached
- Must be clean and free of stains, spills, or odors
- Must show no signs of damage, misuse, or abuse
- Must have no manufacturer defects (defects are covered separately under manufacturer warranty)
All mattresses are subject to inspection prior to exchange approval.
Mattress Exchange Policy
Our 365-night trial allows for a one-time exchange.
Here’s how it works:
- The full original purchase price of your mattress is applied as a credit toward a new mattress
If you choose a lower-priced mattress:
- No refund or store credit is given for the difference
If you choose a higher-priced mattress:
- You pay the difference between the original mattress price and the new mattress price
Important: Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Nectar Pillows
- Mattress protector
Non-Transferable Offer
- The 365-Night Sleep Trial is valid only for the original purchaser
- The offer applies only to the original mattress purchase
- The trial cannot be transferred

You can qualify for a new sleep trial by:
- Purchasing two new Nectar pillows and a new mattress protector, or
- Purchasing a Nectar mattress
